These rounds are planned by a multi-organizational (DSM, CBS, Blood Management Service) & multidisciplinary committee.  The University of Manitoba associated Academic chairs include Dr. Ponnampalam from Pathology and Dr. Muirhead from Anesthesia.  The goal of these rounds is to support collaborative team learning to improve transfusion practice.
